About
I'm Andreas Nünning. I've spent my career getting large, complex programmes delivered across Europe — and I now help organisations do the same with AI agents in the room.
For more than thirty years I've led international digital transformation and large-scale programme delivery — the kind of work where the hard part isn't the technology, it's making delivery actually happen across teams, vendors, and competing priorities.
Agent-driven delivery changes the mechanics of that work. Agents can generate faster than any team before them, but speed is not the constraint — validation is. When output arrives faster than people can confirm it's correct, the familiar delivery model quietly fails, and the failure is expensive to unwind. The discipline that matters now is knowing where human judgment must stay in the loop, and building an operating model around it.
I don't deliver the build, and I don't resell anyone's platform. That independence is the point: my advice isn't shaped by what I'd be paid to build next. If the honest answer is "not this way" or "not yet," that's the answer you'll get — which is exactly the answer that's hardest to obtain from a party with a stake in the project going ahead.
Thirty minutes, no preparation. You'll leave with a clearer view of where you stand.
